Fake People

23:16 Jun 19 2016
Times Read: 477

Just because they say that they are your friend doesn't mean it is true. Just because they hang out with you and laugh with you doesn't mean they are for you. Just because they SAY they got your back, doesn't mean that they won't stab you in the back. People can pretend very well. People can be jealous and petty. At the end of the day, real situations will expose the fake people. Know who is in your circle.

Truth VS Lies Words VS Actions

19:34 Jun 16 2016
Times Read: 532

People forget that online life is so much different than in real life

How do you know someone is being honest and truthful? The answer can be different when dealing with people online.Truths may hurt. But lies can be very damaging. It is so much harder to get over a lie (even online).

BUT, actions will always speak louder than words. I think that applies online just as much as in real life.

For some, online relationships (friend or otherwise) are just that - ONLINE. For others, online relationship are real and they work hard at maintaining those friendships and intimate relationships with the intent on making a real life thing by moving to be closer together and what not.

Either way - I think people should be honest with each other in their personal opinion/definition of the online relationships. If they did that, then maybe no one would get hurt feelings and there would be less drama.

Never let third parties control your relationships - always always be true to yourself!!!! Always do what is best for yourself (your heart, body, mind, and soul).

I guess what I really want to say is this: be honest - as honest as you can be. Be firm in your stance on things and don't let lies ruin what could be a good thing.

Shame we can't do anything for those who thrive off drama and delusions.

I think I have said enough on this topic....

too many people take online words to heart. and make it too seriously. Some need to get up from the pc, and walk away.

New job

14:57 Jun 16 2016
Times Read: 542

So I have been at this job for almost 3 months now....and I'm loving it. Well, everything except one person. I don't hate him, but he is one of those people that thinks he can talk down to people as if he knows it all and is superior. This week he started talking down to me. Smh I believe in giving chances but he is breaking thru them quick! Yesterday, I told him he needs to start treating me like he does everyone else and not to talk down to me. So let's see how today goes.....

My other co-workers workers are worried that I will quit behind his stupid ass. I'm not a quitter. If he doesn't change....I can still be professional, he just won't have my respect.

What's the HR policy there?

It is a small company just 9 people in the office. The ass hat started just 2 months before I did. He has this whole high school clique thing were its him and one lady vs everyone else. Since day one he has tried get me to choose a side. I refuse to choose a side. I hate office politics. But - Policy says I should take it to HR. But policy is very loose so to speak. Just the basic guidelines based on laws and what not.

But yesterday and today he was polite and pretty much left me alone.
